无水乙酸肝癌化学消融术中的血气变化分析

摘要 [目的]观察经皮无水乙酸注射介入治疗肝癌术中的血气变化。[方法]30例肝癌病人接受无痛无水乙酸化学消融术。分别在麻醉诱导后、术中注射无水乙酸5min后和术后3个时间点抽取动脉血进行血气分析。[结果]pH值、钾、钙、剩余碱和碳酸氢根值术中与术前、术后比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),提示术中内环境呈酸性改变;而术前与术后比较,除BE外各指标均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。[结论]经皮无水乙酸介入治疗肝癌术中,无水乙酸对病人的内环境产生了极大的影响,可能会导致严重的酸中毒,应加强术中、术后监测。 [Purpose] To investigate the blood gas in chemical ablation with acetate anhydrous injection for liver cancer. [Methods] Thirty cases with liver cancer received chemical ablation with acetate anhydrous injection. Blood gas measured was at preoperation, intraoperation and postoperation respectively. [Result] The pH, K+, Ca2+, BE and HCO3was significant difference between intraoperation and preoperation or postoperative (P <0.05).
