摘要
通过对建阳市不同产地的毛竹鲜笋品质及其土壤化学性质进行的初步分析,结果表明,在全氨基酸、游离氨基酸、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪等毛竹笋品质指标上,来自水尾的鲜笋含量最高,华家山的可溶性总糖、维生素C含量均最高。3个区域的土壤元素营养状况存在一定差异,在土壤氮、磷、钾3个指标上,华家山和黄坑毛竹林地土壤性质较为接近,水尾较低;毛竹笋品质和土壤化学性质的相关性较差。
The quality of bamboo shoots and soil chemical property in different regions of Jiangyang city were studied.The results showed that the quality indices of the total amino acid,free amino acid,crude protein and crude fat were the highest in bamboo shoots growing at Shuiwei,and content of the total soluble sugar and vitamin C were the highest in bamboo shoots growing at Huajiashan.Soil element nutrition condition were different among three regions.Nitrogen phosphorus and potassium of Huajiashan were close to ...
