On Procuratorial Committee

检察委员会作为人民检察院内部的最高业务决策机构,在目前体制下,有其自身的存在价值,但目前的检察委员会制度在成员组成和实际运作中还存在不少问题,其制度有必要完善,其工作有必要改进。

As the supreme professional decision-making body inside people's procuratorates,the procuratorial committee has its own value under present system.However,problems of member constitution and actual operation still exist in current system of procuratorial committee.Therefore,its system needs to be perfected and its work demands improvement.
