A Summary of the Study of Investigation and Interview in the Past Two Decades

近二十年我国关于调查访问方面的研究大概经历了以下几个方面的变化:一、从单纯的理论探讨过渡到理论和实践的相互结合;二、从对调查访问表面的、形式单一的研究向深层次的、多样化的研究转变;三、从孤立、单一的调查访问研究过渡到与其他学科的相互融合;四、从对立的角度看调查访问的主体和对象的关系到联系的、系统的看待两者;五、研究范围由国内逐渐向国外过渡;六、对侦查人员的要求从单纯强调业务素质到更注重语言表达、体态语言等多方面的运用;七、对实施对策由笼统研究到详细的类案研究。
