摘要
目的开发肺癌辅助诊断系统。方法回顾性分析原发性肺癌及肺良性疾病(肺炎、肺结核、肺炎性假瘤)共1883例患者的临床资料,运用SPSS11.5统计软件进行非条件Logistic回归分析,建立回归诊断模型,参考模型利用Microsoft Visual Studio 2005系统开发平台VB.Net语言开发相应肺癌辅助诊断系统。结果多因素非条件logistic回归模型显示:模型的拟合优度(R2)为0.806(>0.7)。内对照情况:肺良性疾病诊断准确率=92.8%,肺癌诊断准确率=89.0%,总体诊断准确率=90.8%。结论肺癌诊断系统对临床早期发现肺癌有较积极的作用,随着多中心数据的增加,模型的应用价值将越来越高。
