Expression of fragile histidine triad in endometriosis

目的通过观察脆性组氨酸三联体(Fhit)在子宫内膜异位症中的表达,探讨Fhit在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测58例子宫内膜异位症(EMS)患者(包括36例卵巢子宫内膜异位症和22例子宫腺肌症)的异位内膜和在位内膜及15例子宫肌瘤患者子宫内膜(对照组)中Fhit的表达情况。结果Fhit主要表达在腺体上皮细胞的胞浆和胞膜,其表达强弱顺序为:对照组子宫内膜>EMS组在位内膜>EMS组异位内膜,EMS在位和异位内膜Fhit表达在增生期和分泌期均无显著性差异(P>0.05);EMS组在位内膜的Fhit表达在临床r-AFS分期的不同期别中均无显著性差异(P>0.05),但异位内膜的Fhit表达在不同r-AFS分期中差异显著(P<0.05);卵巢EMS组和子宫腺肌症的在位和异位内膜Fhit的表达均无显著性差异。结论Fhit可能与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展过程中起重要作用。
