加味玉屏风颗粒对变应性接触性皮炎NF-κB表达的影响

Effect of modified Yupingfeng granule on nuclear factor-κB expression in mice with allergic contact dermatitis

目的探讨中药加味玉屏风颗粒对变应性接触性皮炎NF-κB表达的影响。方法建立小鼠变应性接触性皮炎模型,分组给药,采用免疫组化技术对各组局部皮肤NF-κB的表达水平进行检测。结果治疗组小鼠在NF-κB染色强度、染色面积及表达阳性率等方面与生理盐水组均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加味玉屏风颗粒可有效抑制NF-κB的表达相关。这可能是其抗变态反应的作用机制之一。

Objective To investigate the effect of modified Yupingfeng granule on nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB)expression in mice with allergic contact dermatitis (ACD).
