腹腔镜辅助远端胃癌D2根治术对机体C反应蛋白及内脏蛋白的影响

Effects of laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy on C-reactive protein and visceral proteins in patients with gastric cancer

目的探讨腹腔镜远端胃癌D2根治术对术后C反应蛋白(CRP)及血清内脏蛋白的影响。方法将53例拟行远端胃癌根治术患者随机分为腹腔镜组(n=26)和开腹组(n=27),于术前1d、术后第1、2、3、7天晨检测血CRP水平,于术前1d、术后第3、7天晨检测血清内脏蛋白:白蛋白、前白蛋白、转铁蛋白、视黄醇结合蛋白的变化。结果两组CRP在术后第1、2、3、7天均较术前明显升高(P<0.05),术后第2天达到峰值,腹腔镜组术后3d内CRP明显低于开腹组(P<0.01)。两组术后血清内脏蛋白均较术前明显下降(P<0.01)。术后两组各指标差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜胃癌手术创伤小、炎症反应轻,有利于机体术后内脏蛋白的恢复。

Objective To observe the effect of laparoscopy-assisted and open distal gastrectomies on the perioperative levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and visceral proteins in patients with gastric cancer.
