急性脑梗死患者康复治疗干预时间窗临床研究

摘要 目的探讨不同康复治疗时间对急性脑梗死患者临床疗效的影响。方法162例急性脑梗死患者,随机分为对照组、早期治疗组和晚期治疗组,分别采取不同的康复治疗时间,观察治疗后Fugl-Meyer值与Barthel指数的变化,并进行比较。结果治疗1、3个月后,早期治疗组和晚期治疗组患者Fugl-Meyer和Barthel指数评分较对照组有明显提高(P<0.05或P<0.01);与晚期对照组相比较,早期治疗组疗效更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论早期康复治疗能显著提高急性脑梗死患者运动功能和日常生活自理能力。 Objective:To explore the effects of early and late treadmill training after acute cerebral infarction.Methods One hundred and sixty-two patients were divided into control group,early training group and late training group.Three groups patients were treated at different time window.Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA) and Barthel Index(MBI) scores were used to assess the limb motor function and ability of daily life(ADL) in three groups after treatment.Results: The limb motor function and ADL were improved significant...
