摘要
分析了在变频调速的情况下,通过调节有功功率和无功功率的比例(功率匹配比)来实现异步电机的最大效率控制的一种策略。分析表明在给定负载转速的情况下,通过调节功率匹配比,可以使电机运行在最大效率下;同时,也分析了在最大效率控制下的电压、转矩的变化情况。
In the VVVF case,asynchronous motor's maximum efficiency control by adjusting the ratio of active power to reactive power(that is the power matching ratio) is investigated.The study shows that once the motor's demanded velocity is given,it can operate at the maximum efficiency by varying the frequency to make the ratio of active power to reactive power reasonable.The relative items' effect such as torque and voltage at maximum efficiency control are also investigated.
