摘要
针对G4201风机运行维护存在的问题,提出了使用变频器改造的策略。介绍了E350-4T1850变频器的结构、工作原理、性能特点,以及在安装调试过程中出现的问题处理等。实际证明:采用变频器改造后,实现了风机高效节能运行和操作优化等。
Existing problems of G4201's operation and maintenance,the use of inverter transformation strategy is proposed.The E350-4T1850 inverter's structure, working principle,performance characteristics,as well as installation problems during processing are introduced.Real proof: the energy-efficient and optimize operation are realized by frequency converter.
