The paper introduces the concept,working principle and technical characteristics of RSS technology,analyzes the current staus of universities'E-learning resources system,and explores the employment of RSS in the massive and distributed E-learning resources environment,finally designs and develops the functions such as information acquiremeent,aggregation,filtering and dynamic distribution of E-learning resources.
