摘要 针对定速凝结水泵节流损失大的情况,提出用变频器调速的改造方案。介绍了变频器的特点、改造简况和保护功能;分析了节能效果,平均节电率约34%;并指出需特别注意谐振点的避让问题。 In order to solve the problems of large throttle loss existing in a constant-speed condensate pump,a retrofit scheme was proposed and carried out by using frequency converter to govern the speed.An introduction is being presented to the converter features,the retrofit process,the protection function hence obtained,and the subsequent energy saving effects.Retrofit results show that an average of about 34% power can be saved after retrofit.However it is still worth to be mentioned that special care should be ...
