电站锅炉最佳灭火保护动作延时时间的探讨

摘要 针对电站锅炉炉膛中容易产生爆燃而引发灭火事故,而灭火保护动作延时时间过短又会引发锅炉假灭火停炉事故,因而从理论和实践两方面对锅炉爆燃后炉膛压力的变化进行了探讨,从而恰当地设定灭火保护最佳延时时间,既保证了锅炉的安全运行,又防止了假灭火导致停炉的事故。 Flameout failures resulting from explosive burning in boiler furnace frequently happen in power plants.In order to prevent false flameout failures caused by too short delay time of flameout protection,which may bring about emergency shutdown of the boiler,a study was made,from both theoretical and practical aspects,on the pressure variation in the furnace after deflagration had happened,and hence an optimum delay time obtained,with which safety boiler operation guaranteed and unnecessary boiler shutdown cau...
