在风电设备制造厂生产任务十分饱满的情况下,为保证风电设备的产品质量、生产进度和交货期,由建设方选派设备监造人员驻厂监造。提出了监造工作的内容及设备制造进度控制的基本对策。
In order to guarantee the product quality,manufacture schedule and delivery time of windpower equipment,supervising persons are usually assigned to the manufacturer by the user under conditions the manufacturer has heavy tasks.Specific details for windpower equipment supervision and basic measures for the schedule control are respectively given.
