The Critics often focus on the great importance to simplicity,and suffering,critical side of Xia Tian-min's novel,however,other side of His novel,such as harmony,humor,absurd,haven't attracted more attention.Though the close reading,the author found that Xia Tian-min inherit Lu Xun's literature style of writing which makes even merry laughter and angry shouting delightful reading,sorrows and joys are in sharp contrast and the novel has a unique aesthetic effect of "tears in the smiling".
