摘要
通过对"大学生职业生涯规划现状问卷调查"的分析,描述了大学生规划意识和认知水平、职业指导师资及高校服务现状等方面存在的问题,提出培养自主能力、加强师资建设、构建"五位一体"教育体系和建设长效机制的对策。
Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey of 'status of college student's career planning',the paper describes the problems such as planning awareness and cognitive levels of college students,and career planning guidance services to colleges at career planning.The paper proposes the measures for those existing problems to cultivate their own capabilities,strengthening teacher construction,building the 'five-in-one' education system and the construction of long-term response mechanism.
