摘要 对长柄侧耳进行洛伐他汀含量测定,建立其质量控制标准。采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定洛伐他汀含量,色谱柱为Diamonsil ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇—0.1%甲酸(90∶10),流速为0.5 mL.min-1,检测波长为237 nm,柱温为42℃。经过方法学考察,洛伐他汀含量测定方法具有一定的专属性、准确性、重现性和可行性,样品在2μg~10μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率为100.16%,RSD为1.14%。洛伐他汀的含量为120.7μg.g-1。本方法简便、准确、线性范围宽、灵敏度高,可用于本品的质量控制。 To establish its quality control standards,the lovastatin content of Pleurotus spodotecus were determined using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The condition is as follow: the column is the Diamonsil ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase is methanol—0.1% formic acid(90∶10),flow rate is 0.5 mL.min-1,detection wavelength is 237 nm,col-umn temperature is 42℃.Following the methodology inspection,HPLC method to determine lovastatin content has accuracy,re-producibility and feasibility,and samples are...
