摘要
在对采用含碳团块技术进行铌铁矿还原过程热力学分析的基础上,以包钢选矿厂稀土尾矿(含铌)为原料,以CO为还原剂,进行了铌的还原富集实验研究。并且,对含铌尾矿和渣样进行了化学成分分析,对金属样进行了扫描电镜测试。结果表明:当温度高于1300K,采用含碳团块技术可以实现铌尾矿中铁、磷和铌的有效分离。
Based on the thermodynamic analysis of iron ore mixed with niobium reduction by the technology of carbonaceous pellets,the niobium enrichment experiment was conducted by using the Baogang rare earth tailing(containing the niobium) as the raw material and the gas(CO) as reductant.Moreover,the component analysis was made for the niobium tailing and the slag,and the meta sample was analyzed with the SEM(Scanning Electron Microscope).The result revealed that niobium could be effectively separated from the Iron ...
