摘要
妊娠合并心脏病是孕产妇死亡的主要原因之一,会明显增加围生儿各种并发症。不同类型的心脏病对围生儿的风险不尽相同。本文就妊娠合并心脏病的血流动力学改变以及不同类型心脏病对围生儿的影响进行综述。
Pregnancy complicated by heart disease is one of the main factors of maternal mortality,which will lead to a marked increase in perinatal complications too.The risks due to different types of heart disease on perinatal are different.This article is an overview of hemodynamic changes in pregnancy complicated by heart disease and effects of different types of heart disease on perinatal.
