摘要
目的探讨SYSMEX尿液干化学分析仪与尿沉渣仪的显微镜复查标准。方法取新鲜尿液进行尿液干化学和尿沉渣分析仪检测,同时使用显微镜尿沉渣计数板定量计数尿沉渣白细胞/红细胞。结果14.16%的尿干化学分析正常样本显微镜复查WBC\RBC结果超出生物参考区间;尿沉渣自动分析与镜检符合率为96.58%,尿干化学分析与镜检符合率为85.84%。结论单一尿干化学分析方法不能替代显微镜复查方法,对该类尿液常规分析有必要做显微镜复查;UF100尿沉渣分析仪测定结果在生物参考区间内的样本无需显微镜复查,超出生物参考区间的样本需显微镜复查。
