农村妇女健康体检疾病谱及护理需求调查分析

Investigation on disease spectrum and analysis of nursing need on the physical examination of rural women

目的了解农村妇女健康状况及护理服务需求,为制定适合农村妇女的有效护理干预措施提供依据。方法采取随机整群抽样法抽取434例健康体检农村妇女进行问卷调查,调查结果采用SPSS13.0软件包进行统计分析。结果共检出各种疾病患者371人,检出率85.48%;常见疾病检出率由高到低依次为:生殖道感染193例(37.1%)、高血压112例(25.8%)、乳腺增生82例(18.9%)、子宫肌瘤68例(15.7%)、高血脂58例(13.3%)、糖尿病38例(8.9%)、HBsAg(+)28例(6.5%);护理服务总体需求得分为(3.58±0.74)分,其中健康促进方面得分最高,为(3.94±0.71)分,前三位护理需求项目依次为:医护讲座、饮食营养指导、定期体检。结论农村妇女健康状况差,护理服务需求高,应针对生殖保健、慢性病防治及传染病管理等制定有效的护理干预措施。
