摘要
目的:测定木耳中总糖含量。方法:采用可见分光光度法,经3,5—二硝基水杨(DNS)显色测定木耳中的总糖含量。结果:实验结果测得木耳中总糖含量为51.76%,精密度试验结果良好。结论:该方法简便、快速、准确,灵敏度高。
Objective: To determine the content of total sugar in uricularia auricular.Methods :To determine the content of total sugar in uricularia auricular by pectrophotometry and 3,5-dinitrosalicylic acid(DNS) were used to colour reaction.Results :The results of the experiment show the contents of total sugar is 51.76%.The accuracy is perfect.Conclusion:The results show that the methods are convenient、rapid、accurate and highly sensitive.
