摘要
要实现基于"工作过程导向"的课程开发,首先要在广泛调研的基础上,确定专业目标、明确岗位群,构建"点、线、面"式职业能力课程体系;在课程开发方面,学校专业教师、行业专家和企业相关人员共同参与,将课程开发分为职业工作和教学分析两个层面,将典型工作任务分解为典型子任务,将典型子任务分解为小任务,最终实现从工作任务到行动领域,从行动领域再到学习领域、再到学习情境的三个转换;核心能力课程标准的内容包括:职业岗位、职业标准、工作项目、教学目标、教学情况和考核方法。
