摘要 目前,关于血小板对氯吡格雷抵抗这一现象发生机制的解释,正日益成为关注的热点,除与患者的低依从性、剂量不足、吸收不良、血小板代谢等多种因素有关外,还与血小板P2Y12受体的功能状态有着密切关系。 At present,increasing attention has been given to the explanation for the phenomenon of clopidogrel resistance.The functional status of the platelet P2Y12 receptor has a close relationship to the occurrence of clopidogrel resistance in addition to other various factors such as noncompliance,under dosing,poor absorption,and accelerated platelet turnover.
