摘要
心肌梗死后心脏交感神经分布改变,使去神经支配和神经过度支配区域共存,引起电生理异质性增加。交感神经重构和电重构相互影响,成为心肌梗死后恶性心律失常发生和猝死的重要因素。交感神经重构的机制和干预已经成为研究的热点问题,可能为将来心肌梗死后心律失常的治疗提供一个新的方向。
