摘要
鉴于建筑项目标书评价中存在的不确定性和模糊性,将熵值理论与模糊物元分析法相结合,应用于标书评价中,建立了基于熵权的模糊物元模型。实例分析表明,其结果可信,为建设项目的标书评价提供了一种新的途径。
In view of the uncertainty of indexes for evaluating on bidding documents the entropy value theory is applied to combine with fuzzy matter-element method to establish an entropy fuzzy matter-element model.With an example,the result is credible and this method provides a newway for evaluation on bidding documents.
