社会主义新农村法制建设问题之思考

Legal System Construction in Socialist New Rural Areas

加强农村法制建设是构建社会主义新农村的重要保障,但在现实中却还存在有关"三农"的法律法规亟待健全、村民和"村官"的法律意识亟待提升等诸多问题。从当今农村法制环境现状上看,农村的法制建设还不能适应新形势发展的需要,与依法治国、建设社会主义法制国家的要求还有很大差距。因此,强化农村立法、提升农民的法律意识和提高"村官"的法制观念,完善农村法制建设体系,是构建社会主义新农村的有效途径。
