拥挤收费作为交通需求管理的一项重要内容,是解决城市交通拥堵问题的有效手段.自20世纪70年代首次在新加坡实施后,目前已在世界上10余个大城市成功运营.基于成都市越来越严重的交通拥堵问题,借鉴伦敦、新加坡的成功经验,文章对成都市实施拥挤收费的相关问题进行了初步的探讨.
