《劳氏救助标准合同格式》(LOF)和《中国海事仲裁委员会救助合同标准格式》("北京格式")是目前中国使用较多的救助合同格式。一百多年来,LOF的发展共经历11个版本,成熟的修改完善机制支撑其长盛不衰。适时修改"北京格式",是促进和保证其在中国的海难救助活动中继续发挥作用的必要举措。
