摘要 教师课堂教学智慧是近几年来教师教育研究的热点话题。作为一名有过教学经验且正在学习教育理论的教师,笔者对此问题很感兴趣,从教师个体层面就中小学教师课堂教学智慧的生成提出了几条实践途径:勤读书、多践行、常反思、重科研、乐笔耕,希望能给一线的教师一些启示。 Classroom-teaching wisdom has been a hot issue in the field of teacher education recently.As a teacher who has some experience in classroom-teaching and who is stundying theroies of education,the author puts forward some ways,on the personal view,which are about the generation of the classroom-teaching wisdom of primary and secondary school : reading,practicing,reflecting,researching and writing,with the hope of offering some suggestion for teachers.
