影响FDI区位选择的主要因素——基于北京市的实证分析

影响北京市FDI(外商直接投资)流入的区位因素主要有基础设施建设、劳动力成本和市场规模。在之前学者理论研究的基础之上,选取北京市作为研究对象,经过实证分析,结果显示,作为这些因素衡量标准的固定资产投资额、社会消费品零售总额与FDI呈现一定的正向关系,而职工平均工资与FDI呈现显著的负相关关系。北京市应当逐步完善投资环境和相关制度方面的建设,不断地强化区域优势,积极、合理、有效地吸收和利用外商直接投资,进而完成北京市的产业升级和优化,提高城市的国际竞争力。
