对大学生进行以创新和创业为中心的创业教育,大力培养学生的创新与创业能力,已经成为高等教育改革的必然趋势。本文从构建创业型人才培养模式入手对高等师范院校开展创业教育进行分析探索,旨在提高学生自身的创新能力和创业素质,提高其就业与创业的市场竞争能力。

It has been an inevitable tendency for high education to train students' originality and enterprise-starting ability.This paper begins with the foundation of the training pattern for enterprise-starting type students,and then makes an analysis for the enterprise-starting education in normal college,the goal of which is to improve the students' originality and enterprise-starting ability for their market competing ability of employment.
