以S7200PLC为控制器,小型电热锅炉为被控对象,构成了过程控制实验系统,上位机采用组态王设计人机画面,实现对过程的监控并提供过程控制实验平台。锅炉的液位、出水温度、进水压力、流量通过测量变送接至PLC的模拟量输入,经数据处理和相应的控制运算,结果由模拟量输出给执行器,执行器为变频器和可控硅。描述了系统的组成、控制功能以及监控功能的实现。该装置充分模拟工业控制现场,可以方便地组合成多种过程控制实验,人机界面友好,操作简单,将过程控制领域的理论知识与工程实践得到很好的结合,加强了对学生工程应用能力的培养。
