摘要
基于计算机技术和现场总线技术,设计并研制一套计算机控制的气固两相流实验装置。装置采用玉米粉作为固相颗粒,气源的气体经过冷干和稳压,由涡街流量计测量其在不同管道口径的流量。管道内温度和压力信号由变送器送至可编程控制器(PLC)和微型计算机,根据控制参数要求,PLC通过模拟和数字输出口控制气相和固相流量阀门的开闭顺序和流量大小,同时使用现场总线控制变频器,频率大小改变导致给料机的转速改变,进而调节物料流量。比较各种工控网络的优缺点后选定Profibus-DP的通讯方式实现PLC对变频器的控制。实验结果表明,该实验手段先进、操作方便,为教学和科研提供一个良好的实验平台。
