高校实验室教师工作压力探讨

Discussion on Job Stress of University Laboratory Faculty

随着高校各项改革措施的实行,实验室教师面临着重大的工作压力。分析了实验室教师主要工作压力来源,从性别、年龄和职称的角度对工作压力水平进行了逐项分析,针对分析结果进行了讨论。最后,提出了应对工作压力的若干思考。

With the deepening of reform policy,laboratory faculty is now facing job stress.The sources of stress were discussed,and the difference of sex,age and the title on stress was given.Measures were put forward through the final discussion.
