摘要
当前化学类研究生实践能力培养存在重视不够、管理机制落后、实验技术队伍不强等问题。从完善实践能力培养体系、加强研究生实验课程建设、加强研究生从事实验教学的管理、加强研究生的社会实践活动、改革实验室管理机制等方面,探讨了培养和提高实践能力的途径。
