摘要
分析了高校毕业生需要掌握先进制造技术,熟悉先进制造装备的必要性。介绍了柔性制造实验系统的原理、组成和功能,及"NC嵌入PC"型开放式数控系统的结构模式。将柔性制造系统与开放式数控技术有机结合构建出集成的实验系统,并开发出两大类实验体系。
The necessity that college graduates should master advanced manufacturing technology and be familiar with advanced manufacturing equipment was analyzed.The theory,composition and function of experimental FMS(flexible manufacturing system) were explained.The open NC(open architecture numerical control) system of the NC-embedded PC structure was introduced.The experimental system was constructed by integrating FMS and open NC,and two series of experiments were developed based on the experimental system.
