摘要
针对每个属性下不同决策者权重不同的教学用ERP系统选型问题,提出了一种基于二元语义信息处理的群决策方法。首先给出教学用ERP系统选型应遵循的基本原则,并介绍了模块化思想的应用;其次构建选型的评价指标体系,然后在简要介绍二元语义概念的基础上,给出基于二元语义信息处理的群决策方法的计算步骤;最后给出一个算例。
