This article elaborated a series of methods of how to guarantee the open experimental teaching quality,in the respect of combination of traditional teaching and open teaching,mechanism of two-kind teacher,guarantee of hard and soft ware environmental constructions,as well as the guarantee of rules system,emphasizing on experimental procedure in score evaluation was also deeply concerned.
