摘要
使用废玻璃和废铝为原料,采用机械搅拌法制备玻璃/铝基废弃物复合材料,研究复合材料的耐磨性能。随着玻璃颗粒的加入,材料的抗拉强度和硬度较基体都有所提高,尤其耐磨性能,较基体提高了4.62倍,已达到皮带运输机托辊的性能要求标准。
The composite material of glass/aluminum article is prepared by mechanical alloying process with waste glass and waste aluminum as raw materials,and the mechanical properties of the composite wearable material is investigated.The strength and tough of the material are increased with the addition of the glass comparing to the basal material.The abrasive performance of the MMC material is 4.62 times higher than basal material,and it reaches to the property standard of strap transport roller.
