摘要
分析研究石煤提钒焙烧过程及实现工业化的措施。石煤焙烧工艺过程的温度、时间、气氛是主要控制因素,石煤预选抛尾、加碳或脱碳、焙烧物料的制粒、入炉料配放添加剂等是重要的辅助措施。
The roasting process of vanadium extraction from stone coal and commercial production are analyzed and investigated.The temperature,retention time,atmosphere are key parameters of the roasting process.The dressing upgrading of stone coal,carbon addition or elimination,pelletizing of roasting material,adoption of additives are the important auxiliary roles.
