摘要
通过对45钢螺母裂纹及其所用的原材料进行高、低倍组织检验以及化学成分分析,认为该原材料夹杂物超标是导致裂纹形成的主要原因。
The result shows that excessive inclusion is the major reason of crack of 45 steel nut by means of chemical composition analysis,macro and micro-metallographic examination for its raw materials.
