Hailin is located in the south of Heilongjiang Province,it is an industry and tourism-oriented city.Its economic foundation is weak but in the past two years it developed rapidly.The article introduces the actual situation of sewage treatment plants in HaiLin,the choice of treatment technology,process and application and especially operating results of SBR method in the project.
