摘要
采用转炉出钢挡渣工艺技术控制转炉出钢下渣量,必须关注和解决转炉出钢全过程的下渣控制。评价转炉出钢挡渣效果的关键指标是挡渣成功率和钢包中的渣厚。宝钢炼钢厂转炉出钢挡渣工艺技术的发展,目标是实现转炉出钢全过程的自动判渣和挡渣,提高挡渣成功率,减少出钢下渣量。
