摘要 使用Ti、Nb、V微合金化的CrMo钢和斜轧工艺制备了宝钢超高抗挤套管,借助于X射线衍射分析手段研究了斜轧套管的织构特征,分析了宝钢生产的CrMo超高抗挤套管的织构沿管壁厚度的梯度分布和不同Mo含量对织构的影响,结果表明,以斜轧工艺生产的套管的织构是以{111}面织构为主,该织构类型能有效提高套管的抗挤性能。随着Mo含量的增加,织构类型和织构强度的变化及晶粒的细化呈现出不同的特征,合适的Mo含量能够兼顾细晶强化和织构强化作用。 A kind of super-high collapse-resistance casing pipes was developed using Ti,Nb and V-microalloyed CrMo steel and cross-rolling method.An X-ray diffractometer was used to observe the texture characteristics of the cross-rolled casing pipes.The texture gradient distribution of super-high collapse-resistant CrMo steel casing pipes in the thickness direction and the influence of different Mo content on the texture was studied.The results show that the main texture of casing pipes in the cross-rolling process i...
