摘要 宝钢股份公司炼铁厂高炉渣中Al2O3含量突破15%的禁区,15.2%~15.3%的水平已维持了7年多的稳定生产。2001年工业试验验证了提高到16%的可行性,为进一步提升高炉渣中Al2O3含量奠定了技术基础。目前15.3%含量的操作技术已完全成熟,再提高0.1%~0.2%是可行的,可以进一步提高澳矿配比,继而取代巴西矿,将会产生相当可观的效益。 In Ironmaking Plant of Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,the Al2O3 content of blast furnace(BF) slag has broken through the prohibited zone of 15% and has been stable in operation under the level of 15.2%-15.3% for more than 7 years.In 2001,the pilot test verified the feasibility of a higher Al2O3 content of 16%,which laid a foundation of the supporting technology for an even higher Al2O3 content in BF slag.Now the operation technology at 15.3% is completely mature and it will be feasible that the Al2O3 content...
