摘要
将工程建设物流研究上升到战略的高度,对工程建设中的物流管理方法进行了探讨。以确保工程物资的最优选择和保证工程建设的安全经济为目标,提出了工程建设物流管理的框架,建立工程材料供应商指标评价体系,采用定量与定性相结合的ANP方法,应用Super Decision软件,优选出工程建设物流的最佳工程物料供应商。
