摘要
采用有限元法对某固体燃料冲压增程炮弹及其零部件在火炮膛内的结构完整性进行了系统分析.建立了三维有限元模型,研究了高过载下各部件受轴向、径向和切向惯性力综合作用下的应力、应变分布.结果表明,中心锥支座和堵盖处应力集中严重,在初步设计时必须重点考虑;增大支柱宽度和厚度有利于降低最大应力;其他零部件的应力、应变均能满足强度要求.该研究为固体燃料冲压增程炮弹的结构设计提供了有用依据.
