摘要
研制了一种新型的基于Advanced RISC Machines(ARM)技术的热力膨胀阀过热度自动测试系统.该系统在所要求的恒温环境下,能实现多工位同步检测,其操作简便,达到了较高的自动化检测水平.该系统设计还引入了条码技术,跟踪产品的生产状态,满足汽车行业零差错要求.采用制程能力指数Cpk(complex process capability index)对测试系统进行评估,结果证明了其可靠性.该检测系统的检测精度高、速度快,适用于工业生产.
In order to implement automatic and fast detection of themostatic expansion valves on superheat and inleakage,a novel multi-parameter automatic measurement system based on ARM technology was developed.The system has the advantages of simple operation,high automation level and the function of multi-site synchronous detection.The bar code technolgy was used in the system to track the whole production status,meeting the zero-error requirement of automotive industry.The reliability of the detecting system was v...
